                Know What You're Purchasing:

Our Inspections take approximately 3 hours for a single family home and cover all the components and systems in the home.  When we're finished with the inspection, in most cases you'll know more than the sellers about the home that you're purchasing including all the good qualities.

Check the buyers checklist for some of the many questions which need to be answered before making your decision to purchase or even have a home inspection.
