HomePro inspections include: *

• Traversing roofs, attics and crawl spaces.

• Opening electrical distribution panels. 

• Checking the furnace including attached systems.

• Checking for visual evidence of toxic substances.

• Operate installed appliances and equipment.

• Report visual evidence of basement / crawlspace water problems.

In conjunction with the HomeBook, we cover the eight major systems and fully describe any deficiencies with the "what to and how to" of repairs. We also document the maintenance, components life expectancies and replacement costs as well as the descriptive/corrective measures for discovered major and minor problems.

• Our reports are computer generated and include the HomeBook which  serves as a home owner’s manual tailored to all the systems in the home.    (Note: The HomeBook is included with single family homes and Multi  unit  buildings. We use a condensed version for Condos & townhomes. )  

• Also included with our inspection is a 90 day warrantee and a Recall Chek  on the appliances and HVAC systems in your home.

• Please allow approximately 3-3½  hours for the inspection. We do not rush!

• Termite and Radon testing can also be scheduled at the time appointment  is made.
